21st Annual Honors Banquet for the Oregon Chapter of NWHOF

This banquet recognizes those who have distinquished themselves by making significant contributions to the sport of wrestling at the state level.  This year there will be 5 people honored for lifetime service to wrestling.  They are Bob Akers (Centennial High); Brent Belveal (South Albany High); Jim Jackson (Clackamas CC & USMC); Howard Westcott (Portland State University); and Stan Kawamoto (Official in Oregon/Washington.  In addition, Trevor Knowles(Grant Union HS & National Steer-wrestling champion) will be honored as an Outstanding American from the State of Oregon.  Ticket prices are $55 for the banquet, $65 after April 26th and $75 after April 29th or at the door, but only if space is available.  No-host social begins at 4:pm with the banquet to follow @ 6:30 pm.
